Why my macbook pro is not running windows?

I am using Macbook Pro late 2011 and Macbook Pro Retina Mid 2014.

My older macbook (2011 model) works fine with windows but the 2014 model no matter what I do it never completely install windows.I have tried all types or methods I found on internet but non of them worked, it either stuck at the very beginning at Setup starting windows or at the very end Getting Ready. but never make it to the fully installed windows.I only found one article on Reddit says it might be the Macbook ssd model which is not supporting windows but I don't think ssd have anything to do with windows installation.

Plz help me solve this issue.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4
