How can I repair if the screen is not working ?

Hello, the touch screen is not working, how can I repair the phone without using the touch screen ?

my first step would be

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

if that did not help then I would

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

if that did not help then I would

iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support
