When will i get my money back?

I assume you used a credit card: the 30 day delay happens with most credit card companies when there is a refund, and it's caused by them not by Apple. You could ask your credit card issuer but I doubt you'll get them to speed up.

I called the card issuer and they said:

They need a notification sent by apple to them for them to active the money.

If they got no notification from Apple, after 30s or 35s day work?? they could active the money.

Is apple doing this?

You didn't actually confirm that Apple had agreed the refund: did they do so? If they did you will certainly get it eventually, but I can't give you any information about their processes. Did you contact them at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6 ?

I did, everything seem good and Apple sent this:

You have been refunded for this purchase to the original payment method.

But when i check my account there is no money refunds.

I'm glad to hear that they agreed it. However aas we've discussed I'm afraid you'll just have to wait for the refund to arrive, as detailed in the page linked to at the top of this page.
