too bad quality...The speaker quality is very bad during ongoing call ,sometimes it feels like it will ruin my ear.

The apple watch is connected with my iphone 11 ... the speaker quality of apple watch during calling is sometimes ok but sometimes its very bad just like that the speaker get bursts.. pls tell me what can i doo now... can I replace it or You will help me ??
