Green frame around Apple Watch face

I have a green frame appearing around my watch face that I cannot remove. This is a series 6 I have had for a year or two and never had this happen. There is a community post from 2017 that says to push the Digital Crown twice with a couple of seconds between, but doing this did not correct the problem. Anyone?
