I logged out as a TS step for trying to detect why my icloud storage wasn't recognized. My Iphone 6plus uses cell data just fine, but when connected to my wifi I'm unable to sign into my Iphone and also use apps. I've reset about everything there is to reset, toggled airplane mode, rebooted modem and router, turned off wifi assist. I'm getting nowhere. If anyone knows a different step please let me know!

Tried connection testing on a different Wi-Fi network?
If it is your Wi-Fi, tried restarting the router?
Checked for and applied any Wi-Fi router firmware updates?
If there is a VPN add-on app involved anywhere here, remove it and test again?
