Why is there no auto tap app? Why don’t apple allow auto tap apps?

double tap Greetings All now in ios 14.3 iphone, when opening certain apps, firstly a menu opens for other options before the app opens.then with a double tap the app opens. How do i change this setting so the app opens just with one tap ?? many thanks Dieter
