Hi I accidentally signed up to a one year subscription but thought it would only be a monthly rolling payment. I have cancelled the subscription but the full amount for one year has been charged can I get this refunded please?
How do I get a refund for a subscription? I thought it would be around £9 per month instead I was charged for the full year in one go. I cancelled within minutes of realising this but the money has been taken from my bank. Can this be refunded?
