This depends on how purchased the subscription. If you purchased a subscription with a certain app then use that app to cancel it. If you purchased it through Apple then open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ Subscriptions: Here, see whether the subscription exists then tap on it and cancel it.

If none of the above is available then Please start here ➔ Refunds, Subscriptions & Billing Questions
