I had 2 tickets that I put in the wallet. Now I want to send 1 of the tickets to another phone. Can’t find how to do it. Any help appreciated.

Not all items in the Wallet app are transferrable to another device. Some apps, through which tickets are purchased, require the user to take additional action to transfer the tickets to another person / device. If you believe that tickets secured by the app that you are using, are transferable to another device then-
Open Wallet ➔ Tap on the ticket ➔ Tap on the three dots (Top Right) ➔ Tap on the Share icon (top Right): Here, you can pick the method of transfer such as, iMessage, email etc. If the share icon is not available then you will need to use other methods to transfer as mentioned in your app or the app's website.

Thanks I realized that I misstated. The 2 tickets came to me from another person’s wallet. Now I’m trying to send 1 of these 2 tickets out of my wallet to another person’s wallet. This is where I get stuck. It gives me no option to share like it does when I’m the original purchaser.
Understood and thanks for the clarification.
The share limitation is set by the app that originated the tickets/passes etc. This is to prevent duplication which may lead to other complications.
You can contact the original person who shared the tickets with you and see whether s/he can resend to someone else by canceling what is sent to you. I doubt it but worth a try.
If the ticket(s) has a barcode that will be scanned at entry then you may be able to take a screen shot if it, from your wallet app, and then send the image to the person of your choice. That person can then open the picture at entry to the venue. Note that this doesn't always work because some tickets/passes update barcodes when the wallet app is opened every time which will not happen on a photo/image.
