As the others have posted, no.
Also, for the sake of keyboard shortcuts, each of the two keys have their own icon:
This: ⌃ indicates the Control key
This: ⌘ indicates the Command key
ex: Pressing these three keys in Finder ⌃⌘Space (Control-Command-Space bar)
will invoke the Emoji & Symbols Character Viewer. 🙂

No. the Control key is marked "ctrl", the Command key is marked "cmd". They are both modifier keys but serve different functions.
In a way, but Apple has its own commands for their MacOS software
The Apple symbols are ⌃ and ⌘. Just as different as the modifier key usage they represent.
