App transfer
If I got a new I phone and trying to transfer from I cloud my stuff from my old to new and everything transferred but my apps how do I do that or get that to work.

Apps are re-downloaded from the cloud to a new iPhone. They do not transfer from a previous iPhone.
Keep your new iPhone on a strong Wi-Fi signal with plenty of battery charge while the downloading occurs.
