Forgot the screen passcode
Keep trying to reset screen passcode and it’s not accepting my ID and password

If it’s not accepting the Apple ID, verify the Apple ID and password elsewhere, and confirm that the Apple ID is the one that set the code. (Which may not be the local Apple ID.) And failing that different Apple ID, reload the device.
