my iphone

my phone wont start it says to restore but i dont have a macOS nor a macbook to restore it im on chromebook. what do i do, what can you do to help?

You can restore your phone without the use of a Macbook, if you have access to a computer running iTunes, then you can use that.


As far as I am aware, it is not possible to download iTunes on a Chromebook, you'll need to visit an Apple Store to restore your phone, or ask a friend if you can borrow their computer.
