What to do:
I. Use Send-In Service:
The only other option, as of this post, would be to contact Apple, and have it sent in for service/replacement.
- Apple: would send you a box
- You: would package it and send it to Apple
- Apple: would fix it or replace it, if applicable
- You: would receive it back from Apple
