I have been talking to people using earphones. Every time I talk to them they say they can hear people talking in my house. How to stop the voices of my house mates while using earphones please

We understand that when you're using earphones for a phone call, the people on the other end of the call say they can hear the people talking near you. We'd be happy to provide information that may help you address this.
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and make sure Phone Noise Cancellation is enabled. This may help out while wearing the earphones as well. If this happens with all callers only while wearing earphones, then likely your earphones don't have the ability to filter ambient noises.
