Does the organizer actually have subscriptions to share?

(if not, they won’t show up as they don’t exist)

As far as the request to share my own personal “sharing” screens: NO.

More than sufficient guidance - including the applicable iOS User Guide page - to allow you (or your organizer) to share any available “sharable” services has already been provided.

From iOS device: Settings … AppleID … Family Sharing.

(Mac options are similar)

The various “shareable” services are listed and can be individually toggled “on-off”
