Stolen iPhone 11

I bought an unlocked iPhone 11 in April of 2020, from a retailer. I was paying for full coverage on my iPhone. Then Apple decided to change their coverage protection plan & told me it wasn’t covered! I’m only using this iPhone 11 that I got for my son, because my brand new one plus 9 pro disappeared. I can’t stand apple and their customer service support

This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. I am not sure I understand what you are saying. What protection plan got changed? Why did Apple say you were not covered? If this phone was stolen, start here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201472
