I have a subscription that renewed after one week trial and I want to cancel
iPhone XS Max, iOS 14

You can view and cancel your subscription following the steps at How to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support
Please do remember for future reference, you must cancel a subscription before the Free Trial ends, to avoid being charged as free trials automatically continue unless cancelled.
