My iPhone is no longer added to find my device using my Mac pro ? It disappeared off macpro after I had a repair done to Mac pro

Erasing my Phone I sent my phone away for trade-in and forgot to erase it and turn off Fine My iPhone, however, the device has been removed from Find My iPhone in the cloud so now I can't erase or turn off Find My iPhone.
