I just downloaded Bootcamp on my Mac and I can't seem to change it back. I tried the ^ button and "Restart in OS X" but it says "Could not locate the OS X boot volume". Would be glad if you could help me out!

Older versions of Bootcamp do not work properly with Macs that have macOS High Sierra or newer versions, because they do not recognize APFS volumes correctly.
Check for any pending updates using Apple Software Update - How to use Apple Software Update for Windows - Apple Support. Create a System Restore point in Windows (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-system-restore-point-77e02e2a-3298-c869-9974-ef5658ea3be9) before you run ASU.
Press and hold the option key when powering up the Mac. When the boot manager appears select the MacOS to boot into.
