My iphone is stolen how can i get the serial number using a spacifice apple id and the phone is reset factory

I understand your phone is stolen, however Find My is the only way to locate it, and as indicated in the support document that I provided, if it is dead, there is no way to locate or track it. You cannot use the serial number to locate the device. It does not work that way. You can get information on your phone when you log into your Apple ID and look at your devices, but that is not going to help you locate the device.
