Apple doesn’t offer an annual-payment option.

Options (workarounds) include purchasing a gift card, add it to an Apple ID, and allow Apple to withdraw monthly.

At this time, one annual payment is not available for iCloud. Your available options are listed when you are ready to pick the plan that suits you.
