Applewatch is locked.

My apple watch 6 says "unlock to view". but I cant unlock it.

Hey first try to do a standard restart by following this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204510 if you are unable to do the standard restart then your will need to do a unpaid and erase by following https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204568
