After 14.6 update, some of my Imessages stopped being delivered. I have tried network resets and reboots, turning imessage and facetime off and on in various combinations. Some of my iMessages are now going thru but not to all of my contacts that I previously was communicating with.
I suspect that both users have to reset network setting and Imessage and reboot, but I can not prove this.
Anyone else have similar issues?

I have had luck with this process;
The other user has to
1) reset network settings
2) turn off imessages and facetime
3) restart phone
4)turn everything back on
then delete iMessage thread and start new txt
this has worked so far but requires the other person to reset imessages after the 14.6 update

Have you tried deleting the existing iMessage thread with a contact and then sending a fresh iMessage?

Yes. It doesn’t even show Red Exclamation. It just doesn’t deliver. My ipad delivers on the same account but not my iphone 12 pro max.
