my wife has two iphones, an SE for work use and an i7 for personal use. at the moment they both share data how do I disconnect the SE she doesn

My wife has two iPhones an SE for work use and an i7 for personal use. At the moment they both share data and seem to be linked. My wife doesn’t want her SE connected to iCloud and doesn’t want to share data, photos etc with her i7. What is the best way to fix this?
