How can I add my new iPhone 11 that I just purchased for my boyfriend to my find my account with out having the device and him knowing about it?

You must log in to the device with your Apple ID or you can set Family Sharing Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support, add his Apple ID and he must share the location Share your location with your family - Apple Support
