The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

This support article has multiple solutions for iCloud backups depending upon which error message you are seeing:

'If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed' click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT203516
