Why has Battery Health Management disappeared from sys pref Energy Saver?!

I could see Battery Health Management in Energy Saver sys pref (nothing called "Battery"), but since a recent security update, the button is gone!

Why did it disappear?

Battery health management is on by default when you buy a new Mac notebook with macOS 10.15.5 or later, or after you upgrade to macOS 10.15.5 or later on a Mac notebook with Thunderbolt 3 ports.

If these steps don't help, backup and try reinstalling macOS from Recovery.
