I find the solution!
Downgrade to iMovie 10.2.3, it doesn't crash anymore.
I got iMovie 10.2.3 from a friend, but Apple don't allow to share it on web.
Could Apple upload this version to official site? https://support.apple.com/downloads/imovie
Yes, several people have experienced the issue of iMovie crashing with version 10.2.4. The solution appears to be to go to System Preferences/Languages and Regions and change the region and language to Untited States -- English.

Thanks Rich, This solved my issue. My region was 'United States' but I added an extra language (Primary was English). I reset that part to the default US - English. I was able to export Files from iMovie.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Even since the update, iMovie crashes every time I want to export a project. I've tried all the things mentioned in your reply to the other post.
Kindly advise what else can be done to resolve the issue. Maybe another update needs to be done.
julien_sgl,
Try starting your Mac up in safe mode. Here’s How to use safe mode on your Mac. While in safe mode, launch the iMovie app and see if the issue persists.
Keep us posted on the results.
Jeff, thanks for helping but none of the solutions on both links are working.
Great! Still, it looks like Apple may need to address this issue so users don't need to fiddle with the languages and regions. Glad you got it working.
