Try restoring Bookmarks from iCloud if available.
Restore contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and more using iCloud.com

Go to iCloud.com
Click
under “Welcome “greeting and then to “Advanced” at the bottom.
Choose “Restore Bookmarks”.
Wait until it is done.
