Once imported into iTunes, you can drag and drop them into a USB drive for use in your car. Consult your car's manual for specifics on the USB format and folder structure required by your car's media center and wether they need to be MP3 or AAC.

Do you have a computer with a CD drive? If so you can rip (import) the CD to add the files to your iTunes/Music library, and then either play them or copy them to a USB.
