Hi Nvenezia63,

Thanks for participating in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're unable to locate the Mail app in the Settings menu on your iPhone, so we'd like to help. Restart your iPhone if you haven't done so already. Sometimes this simple step can resolve unexpected behavior. Also check to see if you have a configuration profile installed. You can find out by going to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. Learn more here: Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone. If restarting doesn't help, and there isn't a configuration profile installed, check to make sure you're running the latest iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If you need more help, reply to this message with the answers to these questions:

  • Have you ever been able to locate the Mail app in Settings?
  • Did anything change before you noticed it was missing? For example, was your iPhone updated, was a new app installed or something else?

Take care.
