silence

what does the silence mean when other questions are answered in under one minute; no one knows the answer, or just don’t want to?

It could mean that no one who knows the answer has seen the question. It could mean no one knows the answer. It could mean that the question didn't make sense. The question could be posted in the wrong forum. You may just have not given it enough time. This is a forum, not live chat. It could also mean that the subject line was insufficiently explanatory. For example "silence" doesn't really tell us anything about what your question might be. I checked it out because I thought it might be about using DND.
