i phone Notifications

I am receiving notifications from my calendar app saying that there is too much spam on my phone and there are viruses detected. Sometimes it says my phone will be locked at a certain time, or I should perform a scan at a certain time. I deleted the app, but I am still receiving notifications. Would like to know if these are legitimately from Apple or a scam?
