I have a new Apple TV 4K 64GB. About every minute I get a stutter, video freezes and no audio. This occurs in every app ( TV, Netflix, Hulu, Music etc. ). This does not happen on any other device plugged into the same HDMI port, just the Apple TV. Software is up to date. Anyone else have this issue or know how to correct it?

Unplug the Apple TV from power for 2-3 minutes, replug in and re-test.
From your description it sounds like you may have a poor internet connection where the Apple TV is located. Are you using Ethernet or a Wi-Fi connection?
It is a hardwired Ethernet connection directly to my router. I do not have any issue with my Rocku or Blu-Ray player with any of the streaming services.
Tried this but I still have the issue. It isn’t just doing it in apps it also does it on the home page and in the screen saver.
