I accidentally removed an app from my Home Screen how do I add it back

If the app is still in the App Library on your phone, tap and hold down on the app icon and then select Add to Home Screen from the pop up options. If the app is no longer in the App Library either, download it again from the purchased tab of the App Store.

If you want the app to download to the Home Screen, select that option before you download it again in Settings>Home screen>Add to Home screen.
