Apple Watch causing wrist pain

I saw another thread with this but it closed, so I’d like to open the conversation up again. Anyone else noticing intense wrist, finger and sometimes arm pain from wearing your Apple Watch (mine is a series 3)? The pain shoots up my arm and wrist. It feels deep in the bone, almost like the worst growing pains ever imagined.

I wear the watch from about 7am-9pm. I recently started wearing it everyday and have had horrible pain after it’s on for about 20min. I take the watch off and the pain will go away in about 30min. I tried the watch again and in 20min the pain had returned. Just to clarify, the watch band is not to tight, I’m young & healthy with no previous wrist issues.

Im not sure what the pain is coming from but I’m guessing it is something to do with the radiation or electrical waves coming off the watch??
