How do I clear old Safari Tabs from other devices?

In Safari on my iPhone it shows my MacBook Pro has tabs open that have not been open for a long time now pictured below. If I open a new tab it adds to the list and will disappear after the tab is closed. In addition when I one tabs on the iPhone they are available in macOS Safari on the computer.

I have cleared my history and website data on the iPhone and on the MacBook Pro but this remains.

Does anyone have any recommendation to get rid of these tabs?

That did the trick. Just some additional info for you. Turing the sync off on the iPhone was key and the driver. At that point I had the choice to erase all previously synced content or keep it on the iPhone. Obviously, erase was the needed selection for this.

Both have been turned back on and the tabs are still gone.

Welp, it was too soon to celebrate. I don’t know when they came back exactly but the same websites are back. I have not visited them on my computer or any other device since they temporarily went aware after completing your suggestion.

Any other ideas for how to premaritally remove them?

On the phone and the computer, have you tried going to iCloud, and turned Safari syncing off. Wait a couple minutes and the turn it back on to see if that resets the sync.
