Apple Watch ECG Detection - Frequent Ventricular Ectopic beats

I wanna know if the Apple Watch Series 6 can detect frequent Ventricular Ectopic beats (VE).

If yes, how should will the irregular heartbeats be detected? Will the beats be considered as AFib?

Also, will the ECG be recorded real-time? How long will the records be saved?
