Hi, I’m not positive what you’re asking. If you’re waiting on a decision on your Apple Card application, generally you get notified through the app or via email if the application needs to be reviewed. It’s possible you entered you email address incorrectly or it went to spam.

If you’re asking how long does it take to receive the physical titanium Apple Card, generally 4 to 8 business days depending on holidays and weekends. However, the physical Apple Card is not automatically sent to account owners. It must ordered after your approved. You apply using the Apple Card in the Wallet App.
