email problem

When I try to send an email, I frequently get "cannot send email" and "Sender address invalid".

I have deleted and re-installed my email provider and they say it is a phone problem.

This does not happen when I use Gmail.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

How is a sender address invalid and Apple or iphone issue, as they have no connection to sender (you) address.


I would call them back and speak to someone higher up.
