Laptop insurance

Hi all

so I spilt orange juice over my laptop back in February.

now my uk insurance company has asked me to sign a mandate of authority.

they have said no personal or Financial information will be sought but they haven’t told me what information they are requesting for Apple.

Has anybody else been asked for this during an insurance claim many thanks M

Ask your insurance company. They likely need to know from Apple the extent of damage and cause. But that is something you need to discuss with the insurance company. We have no idea what their process is. Heck, we don't even know what insurance company it is.
