Everytime I try to sign in to my NFCU a banking app, I hit the enter button and the screen returns to my homepage, why is this happening?
When this happens, I cannot go to my accounts. How can I fix this problem?

Every time I sing into my banking app (NFCU) I hit enter, the screen returns to my home screen.
