Connection Issues

My watch rarely connects to my iPhone and I have done all of the recommend steps multiple times. May I take it into an Apple store for help or may I ship it to get fixed. This problem has been constant for the past four months.

You can try the troubleshooting here, If your Apple Watch isn't connected or paired with your iPhone - Apple Support


If you still wish to make an appointment with Apple, you can use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to start the process, or you can go to www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ and choose the store you wish to go to and make an appointment.
