My daughter disabled my iPhone 11 pro, I know my password but my phone is completely disabled.

Is there any way to fix this without having to restore my phone?

No, the only way is to restore your phone, then restore your backup. See this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
