I have just bought iphone 12. It is not been even a month. Whenever doing a whatsapp call and i am playing a video in any other app in the background, the call gets dropped immediately.
I really don’t except issues of such sort with Iphone. My phone is updated with ios 14.6. I have checked all the settings as well.
please help me with the issue.

Does the same happen with FaceTime calls? If not, then it sounds as a Whatsapp app issue and something you should report to the Whatsapp Support/Developer.
I have not checked the same issue with FaceTime. Will check and confirm. Also this issue is faced my many other people who are using iphone 12 so may be not an issue with whatsapp. For some iphone 12 it is working and for majority it is an issue. Requesting for your support to please check. I have been using whatsap in android for more than 7 years, i have never faced any issues of such sort. Thanks
