Yes you can. I have 3 Apple IDs. 1 on 1 cell phone. 2nd on 2nd Cell. 3rd on my iPad.

For future problems you may want to use 2 'trusted' cell numbers from a family member or friend.

If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID. You might want to explain what problems you are having with your current ID to see if someone can make suggestions that will fix your current ID problems.

Somewhere when I was checking the system settings or somewhere else I’m not sure I saw mention of a, feedback app, and, an X Code app, I have no idea what they are. I am fairly new to iPhone. I’ve had androids but recently that phone was hacked into, so that’s how I ended up with my iPhone and I realize that I am going to overly cautious about everything that I see or that happens on my phone
