Account disabled

Hi I got the following message in settings - I have a new bank card but haven’t had chance to put in new details to account.


the message says”my account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes”


please how can I fix this?

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link won't work in your country, use this form.
