I cannot hear (my loop packs) anymore what are the solutions?

the volume is to the full but still cannot hear my loop packs browser thank you for coming back to me quickly! :) please give me many solutions idea.. :)

Reboot your computer and see if the problem goes away.
If that doesn't fix the issue, please see if the problem still happens in Safe mode.

Does the problem persist while in Safe mode? If not, then leave safe mode by restarting your Mac normally and re-evaluate the issue again after a normal reboot
